10 Caravan Parks Abroad To Visit This Summer

If you’re a caravan owner and are yet to plan this year’s summer holiday, then why not broaden your horizons and venture overseas? There are many great caravan parks abroad with the option for both a relaxing and activity-packed stay depending on your preferred holiday type!

What To Remember Before Visiting Caravan Parks Abroad

Although you are taught many skills and essential advice during caravan training, when it comes to venturing out, its often tricky to know where to start, especially if you want to take your caravan abroad on holiday.

Once you’ve decided on where you want to stay, you must then book your ferry and ensure that you, your family and your vehicle are fully covered under travel insurance. It is also important to ensure that you bring along vital pieces of personal and caravan documentations including the following:

  • Driving Licence
  • Passport
  • MOT Documents
  • Insurance Certificate
  • Proof Of Vehicle Ownership
  • And if you opt for booking a holiday outside of the EU, you will also need an Internation Driving Permit.
