We consider all of our trainers in this field to be considerate and understanding. All of trainers have experience developing drivers who have been involved in serious/traumatic accidents. Our goal is to get you back to where you was and even better before your accident.

What the course covers:

beat the black box

• Understanding what happened.

• Vehicle maintenance and upkeep.

• Familiarisation with road layout and signage.

• Using vehicle position to your advantage.

• Getting you back in the drivers seat.

• Building your confidence in traffic.

Individual Courses

Our courses are designed for people who have lost confidence in their driving due to a collision regardless of fault. We aim to help drivers develop their skills and gain confidence and to see that the experience you already have is the most valuable asset in your armoury.

The day will start with an in-depth analysis of the event that occurred and assessing the cause, once we have a background understanding we can look at theory, road layout and signage to ensure your knowledge is up to date. The next step will be to look at techniques that could have helped you avoid or minimise the collision, such as how to manage observation, speed and positioning. Once back in the driver’s seat we will build your confidence by driving through many different traffic scenarios, however you may specify a route that you wish to cover. During the drive you will implement all of the above theory to build your confidence in traffic.

Fleet Assessment – Occupational road risk management

As part of your companies continuing commitment to health and safety, having drivers who have been involved in collisions (regardless of fault) assessed is a must. Our tailor made courses will ensure that your drivers are safe and legal, are following company drivers handbook procedures correctly, have a full understanding of the vehicle, its operation and controls. We will endeavour to achieve this in a sensitive nature as collisions inevitably affect drivers confidence, we will work with your drivers on the following points:
